Graeme: For me, the most enjoyable thing about KaarbonTech is just how varied it is. Every day is genuinely something completely different. We're fast paced, we're energetic and we get on and do things.
Hi, I'm Graeme Forward. I'm Digital Insights Manager. There've been so many highlights working at KaarbonTech but I think one of them is just seeing how the team has grown. I think when I joined, there were about 12 of us to over 50 now and just seeing how we've brought other people on and people have advanced to move into other roles and, and just the fantastic way that we're working as a team and improving and building and, and, and growing as a business.
I think what I bring to KaarbonTech is a fresh perspective of a different set of on the way we do things having come from, from the catering background and having managed people in those stressed environments. It's just understanding kind of how people work and, and that really transfers to, to what we do out operationally and out on the ground. I think the thing that I'm most proud of at KaarbonTech is the work that I've done with information security. When I was first brought on board, it was as a consultant to look at information security and specific, getting the ISO 27001 accreditation and the journey we've been on to, to get that accreditation, to embed it fully into the business is a real sense of achievement.
I'm really into my sports. I'm Chair of our local cricket club and also try and get out in the garden and, and play a bit of football with my kids when I can. I like cooking. I've got a, um, a big ceramic barbecue and it just roasts things amazingly. So I love to do kind of big joints of meat and roast vegetables and things like that. And I play guitar and piano badly.
We're really still growing and understanding what's possible with data and what's there at our fingertips. The software over 10 years has gone from strength to strength to strength. And I think that's the next exciting thing for KaarbonTech is what we can offer in that advisory data area.
