  • Supporting the creation of tailored sales materials using insights from desktop research and customer interactions.

  • Facilitating seamless communication between the sales team and the local authorities.

  • Ability to explore new technologies and how they can be applied to improve public services.

  • Validating and maintaining company CRM and other business knowledge hubs.

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – confident engaging with customers by phone, email and other channels.

  • A natural curiosity with a honed problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate data into insight and meaningful action.

  • Strong time-management skills, comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising work effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • An emotional intelligence and professionalism for building rapport with customers and colleagues.

  • Adeptness in self-learning.

  • A keen interest in technology and a drive for innovation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar research, customer engagement or insight-led role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Experience of working in or for public sector, ideally local government.

  • Prior newsroom or investigative research experience is highly desirable.

At KaarbonTech, we value the growth and well-being of our team, offering benefits to support a balanced, flexible, and fulfilling working environment.

Benefits:

  • Unlimited SMART Leave: Enjoy flexible time off to embrace work-life harmony.

  • Flexible SMART Working: Tailor your work schedule with options like a 4-day week, flexi-time, and remote work.

  • Supportive Environment: Thrive within a friendly, collaborative setting with ample opportunity for personal and professional growth.
