With the situation on COVID-19 evolving constantly, there is no doubt that we are living through a period that is challenging both personally and professionally. However, even in uncertain times there can be constants and in KaarbonTech’s case we would like to reassure all our customers and employees that our commitment to you will remain our highest priority.
As a technology company, KaarbonTech are well placed to continue serving our customers with services and support. All of our office based employees are working from home which is the normality for our staff. All employees are equipped with mobile phones and IT hardware that will allow them all to continue providing their services.
If any of our staff show even mild signs of the virus, they have been advised to follow the governments advice surrounding medical care and self-isolation. We will also fully support our staff during this time.
Our dedicated support team will continue to deliver our high quality support to you and our account managers are available if you would like to call us. Our datacentres that run our servers are all based in the UK and we have been assured that these centres will continue as normal.
All of our staff are multi skilled so we do not expect any interference with support or other areas of our service during the crisis.
