My name's Jon Wright and I'm Operations Manager. I spent 15 to 16 years working in hotels, hospitality and live events. Mainly focusing on operational delivery and logistics. Operational logistics within KaarbonTech is a huge part of what we do - that's my area. Recently in the last 18 months, we've delivered a program of events internally and externally, obviously having previous experience in that field, so to bring that into KaarbonTech has been really good.
One thing I'd love to achieve a personal and team development. Always pushing to do to do better, proudest moment to date would be the delivery of KaarbonTech Live Tree SMART event, huge diverse range of delegates and attendees, huge, massive team effort to deliver. What was a superb event.
Hobbies and interests - I'm a keen local village cricketer, captain of a village cricket team, got three Children and a wife. So socializing with friends and family, uh cricket and sports.
Highlight of working with KaarbonTech? There's a couple of things that really spring to mind. One is the people team that we work with and also the opportunity to contribute to other parts of the business.
