We are a data and software company, managing highway assets for local authorities across the UK. We use innovative smart technology combined with efficient and collaborative working practices, allowing us to make tangible improvements to our customers’ day-to-day operations.
KaarbonTech is the leading provider of highway asset management software services, supplying over 40% of local authorities in England. Automating the relationships between geo-location, inspection schedules and defect tracking helps our clients plan maintenance schedules and balance costs better.
A successful applicant would comfortably fit into our growing, dynamic and fast-paced team to help improve our staff support and processes.
The role will include:

Defining and managing the processes for staff onboarding and ongoing performance reviews.
Assisting staff opportunities for continued professional development
Contributing to management level decisions and business direction
Contributing to team content and agenda for social and knowledge sharing events
Statistical reporting of departmental progress
Leading our compliance to health & safety and information security standards (including ISO27000)
Supporting internal audits of technical systems
Developing internal policies and procedures and monitoring compliance
Maintaining ongoing accreditations with official bodies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams

This role is home based but will involve visits to the Head Office in Bournemouth on an ad hoc basis (around 6 times per year).
